Install the following on the pump bracket and the pump case
Pipes [A] Pins [B] O-rings [C] Be sure trim seal [D] is in placeGrease the splines on the drive shaft with water resistant greaseInstall the pump case [E]TorquePump Mounting Nuts [F]: 36 Nm (3.7 kgfm, 27 ftlb)
Apply non-permanent locking agent to the grate mounting bolts and install the grate [A]the trim seal [B] is in place Be sure non-permanent locking agent to the pump cover Apply mounting bolts and install the pump coverTorqueGrate Mounting Bolts: 9.8 Nm (1.0 kgfm, 87 inlb)
