Drive Shaft RemovalInstallation
Remove the engine (see Engine RemovalInstallation chapter) Pull the drive shaft [A] out of the hull
Hold the drive shaft in vice, and unscrew the couplingSpecial ToolCoupling Holder [A]: 57001-1423
When installing the drive shaft, be careful of the following itemsApply
a non-permanent locking agent to the coupling threads and tighten itTorqueCoupling: 39 Nm (4.0 kgfm, 29 ftlb)
