Breather Removal
Pull the hoses [A] off the breatherremove the breather Unscrew the mounting bolt [B], and [C]
Breather Installation
Be sure the small hole [A] in the breather is open before installing it Apply non-permanent locking agent to the breather mounting bolt and tighten it
Breather Cleaning and Inspection
small hole the top of the breather is open Check that theone end ofinthe breather and plugging the by blowing in otherIf the hole is plugged, clean it with compressed airDo not open it with pointed object (like needle or piece of wire), because the hole may be enlargedIf the hole is too large, the bilge system may not suck water out of the hull as it should
