Cylinder Wear Inspection
Inspect the inside of the cylinder for scratches and abnormal wear
If the cylinder is damaged or badly worn, replace it with new oneSince there is difference in cylinder wear in different directions, take side-to-side and front-to-back measurement at each of the locations (total of measurements) shown in the figure10 mm (0.4 in [A] 90 mm (3.5 in [B] 60 mm (2.4 in [C] If any of the cylinder inside diameter measurements exceeds the service limit, the cylinder will have to be replaced with new oneCylinder Inside Diameter Standard: 80.000 80.015 mm (3.14961 3.15019 in and less than 0.01 mm difference between any two measurements Service Limit: 80.10 mm (3.1535 in, or more than 0.05 mm (0.0020 in difference between any two measurements
