Steering Cable Inspection
cable Examine theorsteeringhousing is kinked or frayed, replace If the cable cable the cableIf the seal [A] at either end of the cable is damaged in any way, replace the cable
in directions Be certain that the cable moves freelyendboththe cableeach of Disconnect the cable joint [A] atand disconnect the cable Take out the cable joint bolt [B] joint
CAUTION
Never lay the watercraft on the right sideWater in the exhaust system may drain back into the engine causing serious damage
Slide the inner cable back and forth in the cable housingIf the cable does not move freely, replace it
