Pickup Coil Inspection
Remov the electric case connector [A] Disconnecthe 4-pin connector [B] Sethe hand tester lo the 100 range, zero it, and connect it to the pickup coil lead terminals (G and BL) in the connector if there is more resistance than thespecified value, the coil has an open lead and must be replaced Much less than this resistance means the coil is shorted, and must be replacedPickup Coil Resistance 396 Standard:
