CDllgniter Inspection
Measure the secondary winding Pull the s.park plug cap off the lead Connect an ohmmeter between the spark plug leadso Set the meter to the 1kO range, and read the meter
Ignition Coil Winding ReS!istance Secondary Winding 2.53.3 !kO
If the secondary winding does not have the correct resistance, replace the COl igniter
Measure the internal resistanceo Set the ohmmeter to the kO range, and connect it to the leads fmm the COl igniter to check the intemal resistance of the COl igniterIf the readings do not correspond to the table, replace the COl igniterCOl Igniter Internal Resistance Range
