Pump and Impeller Inspection
Examine the impellerIf there is pitting [A]deep scratches [8]nicks [C] or other damagereplace the impeller
o Minor nicks and gouges in the impeller blades can be removed with
abrasive paper or careful filingSmooth leading edges are especially important to avoid cavitation
