Fuel Tank Cleaning
!Remove the fuel tank Drain the tank into suitable containerAWARNINGGasoline is extremely flammable and can be exptosive under cerlaln condHlonsPull the lanyard key off the engine shuloff swik:hDo not smokeMake sure the area is well venlfleted and free form any source of flame or sparks: this includes an,appliance with pilot light
Flush the tank repeatedly with high flash-point solvent until it is cleanIt may be necessary to put few marbles or pieces of clean gravel into the tank and shake itto knock loose any foreign matter in the bottom
Clean the tank in welt-ventlialedarea, and lake ample care that
there are no sparks or lame anvwhere near the wortdng area: this
includes any appliance with pllol: Do nol use gasoline or low fiash-point soiYenl 10 clean the lankA lire or explosion could resulL
