SUPPLIEMENT1991 MODEL 20-,21 ilntake Manifold, Reed Valve
Reed Valve Installation Notes
.When iinstalliing the reed valves, replace the gaskets with new ones Install the reed valves so that the small hole is at the bottom
Intake Manifold Removal
Remove the carburetor (see Carburetm Removal) Disconnect the oil pump outlet hose at the oil injection nozzle Remove the intake manifold mounting nuts (8) and remove the intake manifold
A Small Hole
.After installing the parts removed, b,leed the oil pump if there are air bubbles in the outlet hose (see Oil Pump Bleeding in the Engline Lubrication System chapter)

,.Tighten the intake manifold mounting nuts to the specified torque (see Exploded View)
