Cooling System Flushing To prevent sand and salt deposits from accumulating in the cooling system, it must be flushed occasionallyFlush the system according to the Periodic Maintenance Chart or whenever there lis little water flow from the byp.ass outlet on the left side of the hulleRemove the fitting cap from cooling hose fitting on the cv!1nder headeAttach the garden hose to the fittingeImmediately turn on the water and adjust the flow so that little trickle comes out of the bypass outlet on the left side of the hull
