eApply nonpermanent locking agent to the threads of the handlebar clamp boltseTighten the front and then the rear handlebar clamp bolts to the specified torque (see Exploded View)

ABolts eRemove the following partsHandle Pad Handlebar eRemove the cotter pin and the pivot nut
eTake out the switch case clamp screws and remove the switch case
