-Remove the following partsRefer to the appropriate chaptersBattery O.il Tank Fuell Tank Exhaust Pipe Flame Arrester (Optional for easy handl:ing) Carburetor (Optional for easy handling) -Remove the starter motor !Iead and starter relay ground lead

eSlide the engine toward the front to disengage the couplings, and then lift the engine out of the hull-Remove the engine mounting bolts, and separate the engine bed and the engine

eDisconnect the spark plug leadseDisconnect the stator leadseDisconnect the pulse hose from the cran kcase
