21'6 FUEL SYSTEM '-Tighten the intake manifold mounting nuts to the specified torque (see Exploded View)-After installing the parts removed, bleed the oil pump if there are air bubbles in tine outlet hose (see Oil Pump Bleeding in the Engine lubrication System chapter)
Reed Valve Removal -Before removing the reed valves, remove the following parts Flame Arrester Carburetor Intake Manifold -Pullout the reed valves and gaskets
Reed Valve Inspection -Check reed warp by measuring the clearance between each reed and the valve holderIf anyone of the dearance measurements exceeds the service limit, replace the reed valve assembly with new oneReed Warp Service Limit O.2mm
