aDo not force the mixture screws into their seatsYou could damage the screws or the carbur,etor- Loosen the throttle cable and choke cable adjuster locknuts-Disconnect the throttle and choke cables from the carburetor
AHigh Mixture Screw Low Speed (lower) High Speed (upper)

-Disconnect the fuel hoses from the carburetor
oOperating the watercraft with the high speed screw at too lean a, setting (screwed in clockwise too far) could cause serious engine damageaBe careful i,f the engine cover is removed while the boat is in the waterYou may submerge the watercraftThese settings will normally give proper performance and fuel economy
