Thrust washer selection 1.Measureselect: Ring gear thrust clearance "C" Measurement steps: Place four pieces of Plastigauge between the originally fitted thrust washer and the ring gearInstall the ring gear assembly and tighten the bolts to specificationM8 Bolts (bearing housing): 23 Nm (2.3 kg, 17 ft lb) M10 Bolts (bearing housing): 40 Nm (4.0 kg, 29 ft lb)
NOTE: Do not turn the drive pinion gear and ring gear when measuring the clearance with Plastigauge Remove Measure
