CHECKING THE CRANKCASE 1.Thoroughly wash the case halves in mild solvent2.Clean all the gasket mating surfaces and crankcase mating surfaces thoroughly3.Check: Crankcase Cracksdamage ReplaceG Oil delivery passages Clogged Blow out with compressed airCHECKING THE BEARINGS 1.Check: Bearing Clean and lubricate, then rotate the inner race with fingerRoughness Replace
ASSEMBLING THE CRANKCASE 1.Apply: Sealant (Quick Gasket(to the mating surfaces of both case halves) Sealant (Quick Gasket): PNACC-11001-05-01 Yamaha bond No1215: PN90890-85505 2.Install: Dowel pin 2
