REMOVING THE CRANKSHAFT 1.Remove: Crankshaft Use crankcase separating tool 1Crankcase separating tool: PNYU-01135-A, 90890-01135

CHECKING THE CRANKSHAFT 1.Measure: Crank width Out of specification Replace the crankshaftCrank width: 74.9575.00 mm (2.95082.9528 in)
Side clearance Out of specification Replace the crankshaftBig end side clearance: 0.320.64 mm (0.01260.0252 in) Limit: 1.0 mm (0.040 in)
