5.lnstall: Starter handle CD Cap NOTE: Pass the rope through the case hole and make knot on the rope so that the rope is not pulled into the case Untie the knot after making knot above the handleCOl MAGNETO INSTALLATION 1.Apply: Sealant (Quick Gasket) CD (into the slit) Sealant (Quick Gasket): PINACC-11001-05-01 Yamaha bond No1215: PIN90890-85505
2.lnstall: Woodruff key COl rotor NOTE: Before installing the rotor, clean the outside of the crankshaft and the inside of the rotor After installing the rotor, check that the rotor rotates smoothlyIf not, reinstall tile key and rotor3.lnstall: Dowel pins Gasket Crankcase cover (left)
