4.lgnition coil resistance Disconnect the ignition coil connector from the wire harness Connect the pocket tester (0 1) to the ignition coil
Tester (+) lead -7 Orange lead terminal Tester (-) lead -7 Ignition coil base
Check the primary coil has the specified resistancePrimary coil resistance: 0.18 '" 0.28 at 20C (68F) Connect the pocket tester (Q 1k) to the ignition coilTester (+) lead -7 Ignition coil base Tester (-) lead -7 Spark plug lead
