FINAL DRIVE ROLLER BEARING REMOVAL AND REASSEMBLY 1.Remove: Roller bearing (ring gear) CD Use suitable press tool and an appropriate support for the main housing Oil seal
2.Remove: Roller bearing (final drive pinion gear)
Removal steps: Heat the main housing only to 150C (302F) Remove the roller bearing outer race with an appropriately shaped punch Remove the inner race from the final drive pinion gearNOTE: The removal of the final drive pinion gear roller bearing is difficult and seldom necessary
