CRANKCASE
CRANKCASE ASSEMBLY 1.Apply: Sealant (Quick GasketB') CD (to the mating surfaces of both case halves) Sealant (Quick Gasket): PINACC-11001-05-01 Yamaha bond No1215: PIN90890-85505 2.lnstall: Dowel pin 3.Fit the left crankcase onto the right caseTap lightly on the case with soft hammer
Before installing and torquing the crankcase holding bolts, be sure to check whether the transmission is functioning properly by manually rotating the shift cam in both directions Be sure to install the rubber damper in order to enable proper oil flow through the engine and avoid engine damage4.Tighten: Crankcase bolts (follow the proper tightening sequence) NOTE: _ Install the clamp on the boltCD-(M6)
