ENGINE ASSEMBLY AND ADJUSTMENT
CRANKCASE 1Apply: -Sealant (to matching surface of both case halves)
Sealant (Quick Gasket'"): ACC-11001-05-01 Yamaha Bond No.4: 90890-05143 2Install: -Dowel pins 3Fit the right crankcase onto the left caseTap lightly on the case with soft hammer

Before installing and torquing the crankcase holding screws, be sure to check whether the transmission is functioning properly by manually rotating the shift cam either way4Tighten: -Screws (crankcase) NOTE:
