Oil seal and bearing replacement steps: Remove both bearing and oil seal from the case by tapping them toward the oil seal sideNOTE: Bearing(s1are most easily removed or installed if the cases are first heated in an oven to approximately 90- 120 (194-248OF)Bring the case up to proper temperature slowlyDo not use hot plate or torchInstall bearing(s1 with their manufacturer's marks or numbers facing outwardNOTE: Install the oil seal, with the "WATER SIDE" mark is on the insideWhen installing bearing(s1 or oil seal(s1, apply light coating of lightweight lithium base grease to balls and seal lip(s1NOTE: Press-fit the oil seal and bearing until they contact the bottom
