ENGINE ASSEMBLY AND ADJUSTMENT

CDI MAGNETO I.Install: Woodruff key astartor assembly 2Tighten: Screws (Stator assembly) Screws (Stator Assembly): (1.0 mokg, 7.2 ft-lb) 3Install: CDl magneto Plain washer Nut (CDI magneto) NOTE: When installing the CDI magneto, make sure the woodruff key is properly seated in the key way of the crankshaft
4Tighten: Nut (CDI magneto) Use the Rotor Holding Tool (YU-01235) to lock the magnetoNut (CDI Magneto): 80 Nm (8.0 m-kg, 58 ftolb)
