4A-9 Brake Control System and Diagnosis: Rear brake 1) Remove the fuel tank coverRefer to "Exterior Parts Removal and Installation in Section 9D (Page 9D4)"2) Remove the master cylinder reservoir cap and diaphragm3) Suck up the old brake fluid as much as possible7) Close the air bleeder valve (1) and disconnect the clear hoseTightening torque Brake air bleeder valve: Nm (0.6 kgf-m, 4.5 lbft) 8) Fill the reservoir with brake fluid to the upper mark of the reservoir I933H1410014-01

4) Fill the reservoir with new brake fluidBF: Brake fluid (DOT 4) 5) Connect clear hose to the air bleeder valve (1) and insert the other end of the hose into receptacle6) Loosen the air bleeder valve (1) and pump the brake pedal until the old brake fluid flows out of the brake system
