Charging System: Degrease the tapered portion "A" of generator rotor assembly and also the crankshaft "B"Use nonflammable cleaning solvent to wipe off oily or greasy matter to make these surfaces completely dry Install the generator rotor assembly onto crankshaft Install the dowel pins and new gasket (2) 1J-7
CAUTION
Use new gasket to prevent oil leakage

Hold the generator rotor with the special tool and tighten the generator rotor nut to the specified torqueSpecial tool (A): 0993044520 (Rotor holder) Tightening torque Generator rotor nut (d): 120 Nm (12.0 kgf-m, 87.0 lb-ft)
