Generator Inspection
Generator coil resistance 1) Disconnect the generator coupler (1)

No-load performance 1) Connect the tachometer onto the spark plug hightension cord2) Disconnect the generator coupler (1)I933H11A0001-01
2) Measure the resistance between the three lead wiresIf the resistance is out of specified value, replace the stator with new oneAlso, check that the generator core is insulated properlyNOTE When making this test, it is not necessary to remove the generatorSpecial tool0990025008 (Multi-circuit tester set) Tester knob indication Resistance) Generator coil resistance 0.1 1.5 (B B) (B Ground)
