Cam Chain Tension Adjuster Inspection
The cam chain tension adjuster is maintained at the proper tension by an automatically adjusted1) Remove the cam chain tension adjusterRefer to "Engine Top Side Disassembly (Page 1D-17)"2) Check that the push rod slides smoothly when unlocking the ratchet mechanism (1)If it does not slide smoothly, replace the cam chain tension adjuster with new one

Installation Install the cam chain guide in the reverse order of removal
