Drive V-belt Inspection
Inspect that the drive belt is free from any greasy substanceInspect the contact surface of the drive belt for cracks or damage and measure the width of the drive belt with the vernier calipersIf any defects are found or measurement exceeds the service limit, replace the drive belt with new one

Roller Inspect each roller and their sliding surface for wear or damageIf any defects are found, replace the rollers as setNOTE The rollers must always be changed as set
CAUTION
If grease or oil is present on the surface of the drive belt, degrease the belt thoroughlyDrive V-belt width Service limit: 27.4 mm (1.08 in) Special tool (A): 0990020101 (Vernier calipers (115 mm, 150 mm))
