4C-6 Rear Brakes: Install the brake camshaft (1) and washer (2) Install the spring (3) with the spring end hooked to the hole on the brake panel Apply bond to the mating surface of the brake panel: Sealant 9900031230 (SUZUKI BOND No.1216B or equivalent) Install the new O-ring (6) onto the rear axle housing1 2! CAUTION
Replace the O-ring (6) with new one

Install the brake cam lever (4) to the brake camshaft (1) Align the punched mark "A" on the brake cam lever with the slit "B" on the brake camshaft (1) Tighten the brake cam lever nut to the specified torqueTightening torque Rear brake cam lever nut (a): 11 Nm (1.1 kgf-m, 8.0 lb-ft)
