Transfer Disassembly and Assembly (LT-A400 F)!
2) Remove the bearing from the transfer idle gear using the special toolNOTE If there is no abnormal noise, the bearing removal is not necessarySpecial tool (A): 0992120240 (Bearing remover set)

Identify the position of each removed partOrganize the parts in their respective groups so that they can be reinstalled in their original positionDisassembly Disassemble the transfer countershaft and reverse idle gearRefer to "Transfer Removal and Installation (LT-A400F) (Page 3C-4)" and "Transfer Components (LT-A400F) (Page 3C-2)"Assembly NOTE When reassembling the driven gears, attention must be given to the locations and positions of washersThe cross sectional view shows the correct position of the snap ringRefer to "Transfer Construction (LT-A400F) (Page 3C-8)" Before installing the gears, coat lightly engine oil to the counter shaft component partsAssemble the countershaft and reverse idle gear in the reverse order of disassemblyRefer to "Transfer Construction (LT-A400F) (Page 3C-8)"
