3B-27 Differential: Coat new O-ring with silicone grease and apply bond to the mating surface of the cover: Grease 9900025100 (SUZUKI SILICONE GREASE or equivalent)Sealant 9900031140 (SUZUKI BOND No.1207B or equivalent) NOTE After the backlash and tooth contact have been checked or adjusted, install new Oring and apply bond Install the shims, final drive gear assembly Tighten new final drive gear lock-nut to the specified torque with the special tool CAUTION
Replace the removed lock-nut with new oneSpecial tool (B): 0992441830 (Bearing retainer wrench) Tightening torque Final drive gear bearing lock-nut: 80 Nm (8.0 kgfm, 58.0 lb-ft)
