Front Suspension: 5) Remove the front disc cover (6)8) Remove the knuckle pinch bolts9) Remove the steering knuckle (7)6 7

6) Remove the cotter pin, tie-rod end nut and washer

Installation Install the steering knuckle in the reverse order of removalPay attention to the following points: Apply grease to the lip of dust seals: Grease 9900025010 (SUZUKI SUPER GREASE or equivalent)

7) Disengage the tie-rod end with the special tool
