Engine Mechanical: Transfer Gearshift Cam Stopper Install the transfer gearshift cam stopper (1) and spring into the bolt (2) Tighten the bolt (2) to the specified torqueTightening torque Transfer gearshift cam stopper bolt (a): 22 Nm2.2 kgf-m, 16.0 lb-ft)
Stater Cup Apply grease to the to the O-ring and lip of the oil seal Install the starter cup (1): Grease 9900025010 (SUZUKI SUPER GREASE or equivalent)

Tighten the starter cup nut with suitable barI827H1140219-01
Speedometer Gearbox Apply grease to the sliding part of the gear: Grease 9900025010 (SUZUKI SUPER GREASE or equivalent) Fit new gasket (1) and install the speedometer gearbox
