Engine Mechanical: 4) Re-finish the valve guide holes in the cylinder head with the reamer and handleSpecial tool0991634580 (Valve guide reamer (10.8 mm))0991634542 (Reamer handle)
9) After installing the valve guides, refinish their guiding bores using the reamerBe sure to clean and oil the guides after reamingSpecial tool (B): 0991634542 (Reamer handle) (C): 0991634570 (Valve guide reamer (5.0 mm)) NOTE Be sure to cool down the cylinder head to ambient air temperature Insert the reamer from the combustion chamber and always turn the reamer handle clockwise

5) Install ring onto each valve guideBe sure to use new rings6) Cool down the new valve guides in freezer for about one hour and heat the cylinder head to 100 150 (212 302 F) with hot plate
