BRAKE DISC REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION
REMOVAL Remove the rear wheel(CT7-10) Remove the rear axle(CT7 -92) Remove the brake discINSTALLATION Install the brake disc to the rear axleNOTE: Make sure that the disc is free of any greasy matter Apply THREAD LOCK SUPER "1360" to the brake disc bolts and tighten them to the specified torque99000-32130: THREAD LOCK SUPER "1360" Brake disc bolt: 23 Nm (2.3 kgf-m, 16.5 Ib-ft) Install the rear axle(CT7-98) Install the rear wheel(CT7-14)
Inspect the brake disc for cracks or damage and measure the thickness using the micrometerIf any defects are found or if the thickness is less than the service limit, replace the brake disc with new one
