FUEL LEVEL GAUGE INSPECTION
Remove the fuel tank cover Disconnect the fuel level gauge coupler Remove the fuel level gauge Gasoline is highly flammable and explosive Keep heat sparks and flames away from gasolineFuel level gauge
Measure the resistance at each fuel level gauge float positionIf the resistance is incorrect, replace the fuel level gauge with new oneFloat position "F" (Full) "E" (Empty) Resistance Approx4 Approx216 Approx19 mm (0.75 in) Approx143 mm (5.6 in)
