Measure the relay coil resistance between the terminals using the multi circuit testerIf the resistance is not within the specified value, replace the starter relay with new one09900-25008: Multi circuit tester set Tester knob indication: Resistance () Starter relay resistance Standard: 5
NEUTRAL RELAY INSPECTION
Remove the seat( 7-4) Disconnect the neutral relay
