BRAKE CALIPER INSPECTION
BRAKE CALIPER Inspect each brake caliper cylinder wall for nicks, scratches or other damageIf any damages are foundreplace the brake caliper with new oneBRAKE CALIPER PISTONS Inspect the brake caliper pistons for any scratches or other damageIf any damages are found, replace the piston with new one
RUBBER PARTS Replace the removed rubber parts
new ones
BRAKE CALIPER REASSEMBLY AND REMOUNTING
Reassemble and remount the brake caliper in the reverse order of removal and disassemblyPay attention to the following points: Wash the caliper bores and pistons with specified brake fluidThoroughly wash the dust seal grooves and piston seal grooves
