Tester knob indication: Resistance (Q) Ignition coil resistance Primary: 0.1-0.5 (Gj tap-8 tap) Secondary: 12-20 kQ (spark plug cap-8 tap)
PICK-UP COIL PEAK VOLTAGE Remove the seat and front fender(See pp6-3 to 6-5
NOTE: Make sure that all of the couplers are connected properly
Disconnect the COl unit coupler CD at the COl unitMeasure the pick-up coil peak voltage between the Black! Yellow and GreenIWhite lead wires on the COl unit coupler Connect the multi circuit tester with the peak volt adaptor as followsBlackYellow (Gj Probe)GreenIWhite
