RANGE LEVER CABLE Apply SUZUKI SUPER GREASE "A" to the sliding parts of the range lever cable and the range lever before installationFor USA .099000-25030: SUZUKI SUPER GREASE "A" For the other countries .099000-25010: SUZUKI SUPER GREASE "A"
Set the range lever to the center (low) position on the crankcase and the shift lever to the center (low range) position Install the range lever cable into the range lever stopperThenfinger tighten the range lever cable adjusting nutsNOTE: Make sure the range lever cable is positioned so that the range lever stopper on the crankcase is between the range lever cable adjusting nuts
Align the groove CD with the punch mark on the range lever Install the range lever onto the crankcase camshaft, and then tighten the bolt to the specified torqueRange lever bolt: N-m (0.7 kg-m, 5.0 Ib-ft)
