A CAUTION I
After the tooth contact adjustment has been completed, the backlash must be rechecked, because it may have changedRefer to the Backlash check subsection, and readjust until tooth contact and backlash are both within the specificationsIf you cannot maintain the correct tooth contact when adjusting backlash, both the Front drive and driven bevel gears must be replaced

FINAL ASSEMBLY After adjusting the backlash, tooth contact and clearance between the front driven bevel gear and the front driven gear bearing case, remove the front drive gear bearing case, front driven bevel gear and front bevel gear housing from front driven bevel gear housing Clean off any machinist's dye or paste from the gear teeth, and lubricate the teeth with Hypoid gear oil Install new O-rings to the front driven gear bearing case and front drive bevel gear housingApply SUZUKI SUPER GREASE "A" to the O-rings
