SHAFT DRIVE AND DIFFERENTIAL (LTF300F)
Apply THREAD LOCK SUPER "1303" or "1322" to the
threads of gear shaft, and then tighten the front drive bevel gear nut to specified torque
For USA 99000-32030: THREAD LOCK SUPER "1303" For the other countries 99000-32110: THREAD LOCK "1322" Front drive bevel gear nut: 120 Nm (12.0 kg-m, 87.0 Ib-ft)
Measure the bearing preload NOTE: Before measuring preload, be sure to rotate the gear several turns in both directions to seat the bearings
Standard Bearing preload: 30-70 Ncm (3-7 kg-cm, 2.6-6.1 Ib-in)
If the bearing pre load is not within the specification, retighten the nut to the specified torque and bring the preload to the specification
