PERIODIC MAINTENANCE
Inspect every 000 km (1 200 miles, monts)
Remove the clutch adjuster cap bolt Loosen the locknut CD First loosen the release screw and tighten it until resistance is felt From that position, loosen the release screw 18 rotation, and tighten the locknut while holding the release screw Apply engine oil to the threads of the clutch adjuster cap bolt, and then tighten it to the specified torque Clutch adjuster cap bolt: 15 Nm (1.5 kg-m, 11.0 Ib-ft)
Inspect initially at 200 km (100 miles, month) and every 000 km (600 miles, months) thereafterBRAKE PEDAL AND LEVER ADJUSTMENT The procedure for adjusting the brake pedal and lever are as follows:
