DRIVE CHAIN ADJUSTMENT
The drive chain is properly adjusted when its
slack (between two sprockets) is within 1525 mm (0 .61.0 in) range ,"
Drive chain slack
1525mm (0.61.0 in )The procedure of chain adjustmen for this is as
foll ows:
Loosen the bolts {I and bolts (2 Adjust he slack in the drive chain by turning the chain ad juster nuts (J) to igh ten or slacken With proper slack obtained, ighten the four
bolts (I) and (2) good and hard
Tighten the adjust ing nuts Check andas necessary, re-adjust the brake lever travel as outlined on page 2- 7This is because adjusting the drive chain CQuid alter the lever travel
