NOTE: Use electrical contact cleaner to clean starter motor partsSome solvents may leave residue or damage internal parts and insulation1Remove the starter from the engine2Remove the two bolts, washers, and sealing O-RingsInspect O-Rings and replace if damaged4Remove the shims from the armature shaft and inspect the O-rings located on the armature housingO-Rings
