ELECTRICAL 6Remove the headlamp and replace with new headlampNOTE: Do not touch the lamp with bare fingersHold the plastic part (1) of the lampOil from your skin leaves residue, causing hot spot that will shorten the life of the lamp4Remove O-Ring (D) from headlight pivot pins(Both Sides)
7Install the new headlamp and harness assembly into the headlight assemblyTurn the headlight harness clockwise to secure the headlamp into place
Headlight Housing Replacement
1Remove three Phillips screws on the headlight pod2Disconnect instrument cluster harness(A)
