BRAKES 9Measure the thickness of the pad materialReplace pads if worn beyond the service limit3Install caliper and torque the mounting bolts to specification
Measure Thickness
Rear Brake Pad Thickness Service Limit: .180" (4.6 mm) Caliper Mount Bolt Torque: 18 ft.lbs(24 Nm) 4Slowly pump the brake lever until pressure has been built upMaintain at least 12, (12.7 mm) of brake fluid in the reservoir to prevent air from entering the brake system5Install the adjuster screw and turn clockwise until the stationary pad contacts the disc, then back off 12 turn (counterclockwise)
