BODYSTEERINGSUSPENSION Front Bumper RemovalInstallation
1Remove front rackstorage box lid as outlined in this chapter2Disconnect head lamp connectors, leaving the bulb in the head lamp housing3Remove lower portion of the front bumper by removing the T27 bolts that attach it to the framePull bumper strait out to remove4Remove the (2) plastic rivets that attach the upper front bumper to the front fenders5Remove to (2) T27 bolts that attache the upper front bumper to the frame8To reinstall the front bumper, reverse order of removalBe sure that the plastic locking tabs of the front fender are properly seated into the slots of the upper front bumper
Align Tabs and Insert Into Bumper Slots
9Torque the (6) T27 fasteners to 4-6 ftlbs (6-8Nm)
